Phase 2 of the National Efficiency Building Project Released

Phase 2 of The National Energy Efficiency Building Project was released in December and the findings point to a widespread lack of documentation and the ability to assess compliance with the National Construction Code. The recommendations of the project are that “as built” inspections and building passports be introduced.
