Partners Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Partners Energy Management has been in operation since 1996.  Over that time we have played a significant part in the development of the Building Thermal Performance industry across Australia.

In 2004 when the NSW BASIX system was introduced we provided training to all sectors of the building industry.  In 2005 the Australian Building Codes Board introduced Section J, or Energy Efficiency provisions for commercial buildings in Australia; we assisted with training for NSW building industry members.

As glazing specifications became more important in building thermal performance criteria we went across Australia training members of that Industry in the issues of Energy Efficiency.

However in June 2026 we decided to restructure and change direction.  From 1 July 2026  Michael May will operate under a new Company banner – TC1 Energy – and work only on commercial (Section J) projects.  Michael can be contacted at   michaelmaytc1@gmail.com   

 John Marchant who was with us for 10 years has established Thermal Consultants and will offer services for both residential and commercial projects.  John’s email is   info@thermalconsultants.com.au
